Worms 20/20

Plot Outline: Literally, a narrator screams the same nonsense about worms for 95 minutes straight.

The film runs as an upside-down, black-and-white, reverse-video static-shot over which an unreliable narrator rambles about worms over and over for the entire duration of the film. Worms 20/20 was completely shot and released in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the surface, the film is an expression of the frustrations of quarantine, the pandemic and the year 2020.

Worms 20/20 is a wholly unwatchable film, as it was intended to be. The intent is also to raise a question. Which is worse: an unwatchable Hollywood film that was meant to be watchable or an unwatchable film where this was always the intention?
